I have received 2 letters from you this week. One in a package containing shoe inserts following Podiatry treatment and the second for a referral to a dermatologist for my son. Both letters start " We have tried to contact this patient but have had no response from them"
I find this offensive, as it is an obvious lie.
I have attended podiatry appointments in order to be fitted for insoles - how else could you be sending them to me?
My son has only just been referred - you & my GP have my home and mobile contact numbers, I have no missed calls or voicemails. It is quite apparent and indeed there is evidence that you have made on effort to contact me other than via this inaccurate letter.
Please change your wording to prevent further offence being made

The care was extremely good. Katherine was able to follow my needs and understand. She kindly (initially) advised which got me going. Then trial and error. I really believe that our diet effects a lot of mental health so referral would be a great benefit to patient to look and think of ways to changes.

Good questioning to find out how injury is progressing. New exercises demonstrated and explained clearly. Treatment very thorough and positive. No improvement needed.

1. Time is precious and I appreciate not being kept waiting. Well done!
2. The treatment is clearly assessed at each appointment and further exercises/guidance provided to ensure I make positive progress over weeks with each set of challenges.
3. It is motivating feeling that I am making positive progress. Thank you!
4. The senior physiotherapist is excellent in advancing my treatment at each appointment. Communications exceedingly well, is encouraging and very supportive. Thank you so much!
5. It is unfortunate that sometimes we may lose a physiotherapist when they are transferred elsewhere.
